Non-Cash Prize Vouchers for Amateurs - All amateur players receive their winnings in the form of MasterCard Gift Cards, in compliance with USGA® guidelines and the City Golf National Championship Tournament Policy. MC Gift Card Values are established with the amount dependent on the size of the field. Actual MC Gift Card Values will increase or decrease based on final player participation. No cash or credit substitute for Prizes. MC Gift Cards must be redeemed at the conclusion of the tournament. The value of each prize voucher is established prior to the event with the amount dependent on the size of the field. No Cash Substitutes for Prize Vouchers. First place ties are decided by a sudden-death playoff immediately after competition and continuing until the tie is broken. Prize vouchers for other ties are split as necessary.



Prize Money for Professionals - Prize Money is established prior to the Tournament with the amount dependent on the size of the field. Tournament purses vary based on sponsors and the number of participants.

Prize Money Payout for Professionals - Prize money is paid out to Professionals who have a Form W-9 or Form W-8 (for non-resident aliens), on file with the Tour. By law, the Tournament must generally withhold 30% of the winnings of players who are non-resident aliens.
